Everything you need to run the Construction module: leads, quotations, projects, BOQ, requisitions, transfers, site operations, inspections, billing, cross-company groups and accounting integration.
- Open Construction → Leads → New Lead. Capture customer details, project type, estimated value, source, and assign to an owner.
- Qualify leads through stages (New → Contacted → Site Visit → Quoted → Won/Lost). Stale leads (5+ days) auto-surface for follow-up.
- Schedule a Site Visit directly from the lead — capture findings, photos and GPS, then convert into a quotation.
- One-click "Convert to Project" creates the Customer + Construction Project, with optional auto site provisioning, default inventory location and cost center.
- Site engineers raise a Requisition against a project. Item lookup spans sibling companies in the same Management Group.
- Default action rule: if the requested quantity is available at the location, action defaults to "Transfer Now". Otherwise it defaults to "Purchase from Vendor".
- Approved requisitions trigger inter-location/inter-company stock transfers or new Purchase Orders automatically.
- Generate Running Account (RA) bills based on % complete or quantity executed against BOQ.
