    By accessing or using the IDZlink Business platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    IDZlink Business is a business management platform providing tools for HR, CRM, POS, accounting, hospitality, project management, and other operational needs. The platform is offered on a subscription basis with various tiers.

    3. User Accounts

    • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
    • Business administrators are responsible for managing employee access within their organization.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, uploading malicious content, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

    5. Data Ownership

    You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. IDZlink Business does not claim ownership of your business data. We process your data only as necessary to provide the Service.

    6. Third-Party Integrations

    The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar and Google Drive. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or data handling.

    7. Service Availability

    We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDZlink Business shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

    9. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, though you may request data export before account deletion.
